These terms cover theliftloop.com and the LiftLoop waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The LiftLoop app may have additional terms when it launches.
Who can join
You must be 13 or older to join. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. The information you give us must be accurate and your own: please do not sign up someone else.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line. It does not guarantee access by any particular date, or any particular feature. We may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.
The First Set Crew
The First Set Crew badge is earned, not given. Waitlist position decides who is eligible. To earn the badge, complete 3 workouts within your first 14 days of access, up to 200 people in total. We may adjust the program’s details, and we will be fair and clear about any change. The badge and its perks have no cash value.
Loops and cosmetics
Loops are an in-app currency you earn by showing up. They have no cash value, and they cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. Cosmetics are for personalizing your profile and give no advantage in competitions.
Emails and texts
By joining, you agree to receive emails about LiftLoop’s launch, pre-release access, and updates. If you give a phone number, you also agree to informational and marketing texts from LiftLoop, which may be sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply, and msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help, and use the link in any email to unsubscribe from emails. See our Privacy Policy.
Your health
LiftLoop is a fitness and social app, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and listen to your body. You take part in any workout, event, or challenge at your own risk.
Using the site fairly
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no false signups, and no signing up other people’s contact details.
Our content
The LiftLoop name, logo, artwork, and site content belong to LiftLoop. Please do not use them without permission.
No guarantees
The site and waitlist are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, LiftLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and we will tell you by email about significant changes.
