Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This policy explains what information LiftLoop collects through theliftloop.com and our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
What we collect
What you give us. When you join the waitlist: your email address, your gender, your date of birth, and, only if you choose to, your phone number.
How you found us. If you arrive through a tagged link (for example from an Instagram post), we record that tag, the website that referred you, and the page you first landed on, and save it with your signup.
How you use the site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits: pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, and approximate location based on your IP address. Clarity also creates session recordings and heatmaps. Text you type into forms is masked, so your email and other entries are not visible in recordings. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To send you emails about LiftLoop’s launch, pre-release access, and updates.
- If you gave a phone number, to send texts such as your pre-release invite and launch news.
- To confirm you are 13 or older.
- To understand who LiftLoop is reaching, in aggregate, so we build for the people who sign up.
- To manage your place on the waitlist and your First Set Crew eligibility.
- To learn which posts and channels bring people to LiftLoop, and to improve the site.
- To keep a record of when you agreed to hear from us, and what you agreed to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We use service providers who process it only to run LiftLoop for us: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and our email and text message provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Texts: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Access or deletion: email support@theliftloop.com and we will send you a copy of your information or delete it.
- Analytics: you can block cookies in your browser, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
- The LiftLoop app: you can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings, under Login & Security.
Children
LiftLoop is not for children under 13. If a date of birth shows someone is under 13, we turn the signup away and store nothing from it. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 anyway, we delete it. If you believe that has happened, contact us at support@theliftloop.com.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until launch and for as long as you stay subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. We may keep a record of your consent for as long as we need to show that you agreed to hear from us.
Security
Your information is stored with providers that use industry-standard security, and access is limited. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect it.
Where it is processed
LiftLoop is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
